All actions and choices start from an idea and thought. 

Yet did the thought or idea come from a coherent state? 

The human world of intelligence is conditioned and influenced by perceptions and beliefs deemed to be correct and accurate -- though often “finite”. Hence, in time what is incorrect reveals itself to adjust and make way for greater awareness, evolution and change to reach coherence.

A thought or idea can be powerful. It can create coherence or disharmony, depending on the choice of actions taken from how it is understood or interpreted. Discernment, proper discovery, and understanding the totality of an idea and thought before action, is key. This lends to greater understanding and Assessment.

Time and time again through evolution, we learn how we saw or understood certain matters, even taught about them, to require adjustments or to be entirely altered. Some were incorrect or only a part of the whole picture, due to our own limitations and conditionings at the given time. 

Take how we thought history went back to about 3,000 years ago for humans, only to discover human life existed more than 30,000 years ago (and probably far more). As a result, our ideas, beliefs and perceptions were and are limited, with some incorrect and short sighted assumptions. 

Or for instance, at one point in history some people believed the world was flat, until it was proven incorrect. Yet the perception and belief created limitations in expanding discoveries, due to fear of traveling over the ocean in the event of falling into the abyss. 

In recent times through physics, we know that there is a world the eye can not see, yet exists to be at the core of energy and matter (Quantum). Yet many of us are conditioned to believe what the eye can see is real, all else isn't, even if contrary to the laws of physics or latest understandings of science. 

Through a direct Awareness experience, we can come to know the Infinite Quantum Self. Through this "Infinite Aware Quantum Self", we can experience our environment beyond present limitations, to expand our knowledge, empathy and understanding in support of a greater and broader coherent knowing. 

A leader, Innovator or visionary who has to solve or understand problems, needs to question existing limitations and beliefs, to see beyond the structures and assumptions. By seeking to understand or solve a matter, they need to remove the barriers in the way — within them and without. Such an effort supports an open mind with space for Infinite knowledge and further possibilities to be revealed.

One gift we all have, is the full use of our Senses. They are connected to our own individual Compass in any given situation (though most are only aware of a fraction of what their senses can offer). 

All situations involve an inner and outer environment, which affect causality. To discern well, we need to know and be familiar with our own inner coherent state first. 

In "Mentoring Sessions" we will focus on the above points, to create an expansive supportive environment as you calibrate and become “In Tune” with your own unique Quantum Awareness. 

For teams, it will include individual and group sessions, to help calibrate and Tap into the Infinite Quantum Awareness as an individual and a collective team .
